This recently discovered cave in Vietnam is massive beyond description. An entire forest is growing inside! There are no words to describe the enormity, and beauty of this natural wonder. The Empire State Building will fit inside!

The fact that places like this exist just blows me away. This world is so beautiful. Hang En Cave via National Geographic.

Get it, cave trees

I MUST GO. NOW. IF I COULD DIVE THERE THEN THIS WILL BE COMBINING MY THREE FAVORITE THINGS, HIKING, CAVING AND DIVING. WHOA…..

Three people were arrested after a large cache of wild animal parts was intercepted in Nanning, capital of southern China’s Guangxi Provinc, including 343 frozen pangolins, 141 black bear palms (from at least 43 bears), 37 frozen big-headed turtles, and 20kg of suspected black bear meat. According to officers, the body parts would have been sold on the local black market with the estimated value of 20m yuan Photograph: Quirky China News / Rex Features/Quirky China News / Rex Features

This makes me so incredibly sad. Sometimes I don’t even think that education/access to information will help stop this kind of destruction. Images like these make me think that people will never be able to see the harm they inflict on the animal world and the rest of nature.

Researchers have discovered a new species of frog in Borneo which only grows to the size of a pea.

Finding the mini frogs, named Microhyla nepenthicola, proved to be a challenge due to their size. Adult males range in length from 10.6 to 12.8 millimeters.
